Change Outlook Calendar Reminder Sound

Select the player reminder sound option if it s now already selected.

Change outlook calendar reminder sound. Click options from the drop down menu. Select sounds choose calendar reminder click the bar under sounds to select a sound in the system provided list or tap browse to choose music in your pc and then hit ok. Open your outlook account and select the file tab on the top right corner of the screen.

Under reminders select or clear the play reminders sound check box. In the outlook options dialog box click the advanced in the left bar. Outlook will no longer play a sound when a reminder pops up.

Go to the reminders section and click the browse button. Click options on the left of outlook s window. Switch this off and then click ok.

Click the file tab. When you receive a calendar task or flag reminder outlook can play a sound. Click the advanced tab on the outlook options window.

Click options advanced. On the advanced tab under reminders check the box in front of play reminder sound for reminder audio alerts. The setting you re looking for is play reminder sound.

Go to file options advanced and scroll down to the reminders section. Calendar task and flag reminders. In the reminder sound file dialog box find out and select a wav file and then click the open button.
